The 2026 Sea Country Festival returns to Laguna Niguel from Friday, August 21 through Sunday, August 23, 2026, bringing three days of carnival rides, live music, games, food trucks, local vendors, a beer and wine garden and family-friendly entertainment.
Even better: admission to the festival is FREE! Rides, games, food and beverages are available for an additional charge.

Where Is the Sea Country Festival?
The Sea Country Festival takes place along Aliso Creek Road between Alicia Parkway and Dorine Road in Laguna Niguel, California.
This central Laguna Niguel location makes the festival convenient for residents throughout South Orange County, including Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Aliso Viejo and surrounding communities.
Carnival Rides & 2026 Wristband Prices
If the rides are your family's favorite part of the Sea Country Festival, purchasing a wristband may be the way to go.
Pre-Sale Ride Wristbands: $40
Pre-sale wristbands are available through Thursday, August 20 at the Crown Valley Community Center.

Ride wristbands purchased at the festival are $45 per person, per day.
Wristbands are valid for one day of the festival.

The City recommends bringing cash because processing fees may apply to credit-card purchases.

The Sea Country Festival is expected to have approximately five to seven different food trucks each day, with vendors varying throughout the weekend.
Adults can also visit the Beer & Wine Garden, featuring beer on tap, wine and hard seltzers. Guests must show identification to enter the Beer & Wine Garden, and alcoholic beverages must remain inside the designated area.
Makers Market & Local Vendors
In addition to the carnival and entertainment, you'll find plenty of opportunities to shop.
The Modern Makers Mart will feature vendors offering handmade products, jewelry and other locally made goods, and the festival will also include a Vendor Promenade and community booths.
It's a great opportunity to discover local Orange County businesses while enjoying the festival.
Where to Park for the Sea Country Festival
The City of Laguna Niguel lists several parking options for festival attendees, including:
- Sea Country Senior & Community Center – 24602 Aliso Creek Road
- El Lazo Basketball Court Parking Lot – 23804 El Lazo
- Alicia Skate and Soccer Park – 27745 Alicia Parkway
- Laguna Niguel City Hall – 30111 Crown Valley Parkway
- Portions of El Lazo
- Shelley Road between El Lazo and La Paz
- Allegra Road between El Lazo and La Paz
If you're using Uber or Lyft, the designated drop-off area is at the corner of Alicia Parkway and Aliso Creek Road. Bicycle racks will also be available near both festival entrances.
Should You Bring Cash?
It's a good idea.
Cash and credit cards will be accepted for carnival ride and game tickets, food trucks, the Beer & Wine Garden and most vendors. However, there will not be ATMs onsite, and processing fees may apply to credit-card purchases.
Can You Bring Dogs to the Sea Country Festival?
The City of Laguna Niguel recommends leaving pets at home.
The festival can be loud and crowded, and August temperatures can make the asphalt uncomfortable or unsafe for pets.
Is the Laguna Niguel Sea Country Festival Free?
Yes! Admission to the Sea Country Festival is free.
There are separate charges for carnival rides, games, food, drinks and merchandise.
